On February 27, the regular sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Vladimir Vardanyan was held.

As the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Kristine Grigoryan presented, the bill on Ratifying the Treaty on Handing Over between the Republic of Armenia and the People's Republic of China authored by the Government was debated and endorsed in the first reading.

The draft law on Making Amendment and Addendum to the RA Law on Civil Status Acts authored by the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction was debated and endorsed.

Afterwards the package of the bills on Making Addendum to the RA Criminal Code, on Making Addendum to the RA Criminal Procedure Code was debated in the first reading.

The RA Deputy Minister Srbuhi Galyan and the RA NA deputy Sisak Gabrielyan presented their viewpoints.

As a result, the draft law was endorsed during the period from the period from the first to the second reading.

The RA Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan presented the law on package of the Forfeiture of the Property of Illegal Origin and the co-draft laws.

The draft laws were endorsed by the Committee.

Afterwards the package of the draft laws on Making and Addenda to the Constitutional Law the RA Judicial Code was debated in the first reading at the Committee.

Rustam Badasyan informed that the package was debated in detail: public debates were also organized with the participation of the stakeholders, during which numerous recommendations were received. On the initiative of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs parliamentary hearings were also held.

The Committee endorsed the draft law.
